Bekan must return the seal, Buconjić authorized for its use

The Federal Government has verified the Decision on authorization for signing documents and keeping and using the seal of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, and the decision authorizes Stjepan Buconjić, expert advisor for the system and reform of pension and disability insurance in this ministry, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

Buconjić is authorized to sign decisions made in administrative proceedings within the competence of this ministry, sign incoming and outgoing invoices, travel orders, payroll lists, decisions on the use of annual leave for civil servants and employees, certificates and confirmations issued based on official records related to the labor and legal status of civil servants and employees, and documents related to correspondence (delivery of official data, invitations to meetings, and the like) for the purpose of the regular functioning of the Ministry.

He is also authorized to keep and handle the seals of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, in such a way that they are used only to certify these documents, that they are kept in a metal safe, and that protection against their misuse is ensured.

As of the date of adoption of this decision, the Decision of the Federal Minister of Labor and Social Policy of April 5, 2011, and the Decision on authorization for signing documents within the competence of this federal ministry (Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, number 9/15) cease to be valid.
