Behram: Let the Kljakos continue working for us, so we didn't waste 50,000; Tito: What 50 thousand, that's ridiculous

"I was sitting, with Nermin again. There is information important for the whole of BiH and I can't wait for him to sit down with you and tell you everything. He also mentioned Konaković," read a Sky message sent on April 20, 2020, by Haris Behram from Mostar to Edin Gačanin Tito.

The Nermin Behram mentioned in the message is, in fact, Nermin Kljako, a former SBB cadre who was expelled from that party. Tito and Behram, during this correspondence, are coordinating the political activities of a powerful drug cartel in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

"He (Kljako) also has capable people all over BiH, we must use that. We discussed that he and my brother should not yet join our party (the party the cartel planned to found) because we will create a surprise factor. When the elections come, they will transfer votes to us from the SDA and SBB ballot boxes and then join us," Behram wrote on April 20, 2020, at 10:32 AM, using the encrypted phone B2M6H6.

Most importantly, Behram further writes about Kljako and his brother, "they are ours."

"Then I learned how important the ballot boxes are, so much so that we have someone in the CIK (Central Election Commission) and he has a man he regularly pays. And when Nermin sits with the three of us and sees how serious we are and what our capabilities and abilities are, we have a feeling we will take his brother too. I know it won't be easy, but if we flip him, we have one of the most serious and competent young political figures in BiH who is directly connected to the Americans," Behram wrote.

Then Edin Gačanin himself joins the conversation, held in a group whose members are Tito's associates.

"W slm, my brothers. A list for Sarajevo is being made, we'll have it soon. In Zenica, the mayor controls everything, he was SDA then turned his back on them! He put his brother in charge of hydroelectric plants, he has money, that's why he feels powerful. The man who does all his assessments is one of the most intelligent people in Bosnia, officially. He is also a university professor. He also works for the state. And he is ready to talk, he will come after the coronavirus," Tito writes.

"Believe me, when we sit down with Nermin (Kljako), you will have a clear scheme and situation of how everything works," Behram replies, to which Tito responds: "Great, brother."

"SDA is losing Zenica, because this guy joined NiP. Sarajevo is shaky for them, especially because of this last affair with Sarajlić. They have Mostar because of you, brother, and that's even Čampara's current, not Bakir's. Basically, they have Mostar and other cities, but if they lose Sarajevo and Zenica, that's the beginning of the end for them. Now is our moment," Tito tells his subordinates.

Tito and his associates hold similar conversations in June 2020. Here is what Haris Behram writes:

"But, brothers, what do you think about this. Let my brother, Nermin and Anel Kljako continue working for SBB and SDA. When we feel the right moment, we just continue where we left off. And let's push their story."

Tito replies: "Yes, let them work."

Behram: "I think that's best."

Tito: "Brother, but 90% of SBB and SDA are done…"

The same day, Behram and Tito continue the correspondence.

Behram: "I will continue preparing the ground with brother Nermin and Anel. For SBB and SDA. When this passes a bit. What we will later take for ourselves."

Tito: "Brother, you have the right hand of the Minister of Security."

Behram: "He is willing to sit down with you. That's why I'm telling you, when you think it's time, have a talk with the three of them. And let them continue working for us. So we didn't waste the 50 thousand for nothing."

Tito: "Brother, what 50 thousand, hahaha. That's ridiculous."
