Begović: I'm not important, it's important that the team wins six points

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - That was the decision of coach Prosinečki, I am not important there, it is important that the team wins six points in the next two matches, said Asmir Begović, goalkeeper of our national team, who is not on the list for the duels against Armenia and Greece.

Begović added that he hopes for quality play from his teammates, and added that neither Albania nor Greece are insignificant opponents.

“We know Greece well, we have played them a lot in the last few years, but I hope in the quality of the national team and the team and I see no reason why our team cannot win six points,” said the “Dragons” goalkeeper for BHRT.

Begović says he is involved in philanthropy and highlighted some projects he wants to focus on, announcing the construction of a sports center in Mostar.

“Yes, I have been involved in philanthropy for several years and plan to continue to do so. That's why I opened my foundation a few years ago, we help as much as we can, we want to build a sports center in Mostar, we are working on the permits we need and I hope that in a few weeks we will get all the necessary documentation,” he said.
