Football national team goalkeeper Asmir Begović expressed support on his Twitter profile for the unfortunate miners who were trapped in the Raspotočje mine yesterday from 4:30 PM for about 20 hours, writes the BH news agency Patria.
- My thoughts are with the brave miners and their rescuers. I hope they will be safe soon. Hang in there! - wrote Begović.
The evacuation of the miners has begun and the first miners emerged from the Raspotočje mine at noon.
We remind you that the national football team plays its first qualifying match in Zenica at Bilino Polje on September 9th against the Cyprus team.
