(Patria) - DF MP in the BiH Parliament and constitutional law professor Zlatan Begić commented on the recent statements by Federal Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić regarding the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH which annulled the decision of the FBiH Government on the conversion of forest land.
"Perhaps we in the Government are truly mistaken when we thought we were doing good for Vareš and its residents. Some evidently think it's better to leave it as a prospectless scrubland that will be called state-owned, rather than a perspective investment on land that is also state-owned," Nikšić posted on his Facebook profile.
The portal Istraga.ba reported today, and Patria relayed, the news that the company 'Adriatic Metals', to which Nikšić's Government allocated 7.2 hectares of state forest land, destroyed tens of hectares of state forest in Vareš, which Nikšić, *by the way*, called "scrubland".
Now let's return to Zlatan Begić's comment on social networks. He wrote that for some, the homeland is "scrubland" and "field", and that this is not just said casually – but shows the essence of the philosophy of the Three parties.
"They are angry at their own homeland and use the opportunity to take revenge on it – because they were born in it. The concept of 'scrubland' fits into the concept of the Greater-Serbian policy of 'our beautiful'", Begić stated in his latest post on X.
And somewhat earlier, he told Nikšić that as the president of the ruling SDP at the state level, he should resolve the issue of regulation concerning state property, in accordance with the BiH Constitution and the decisions of the Constitutional Court.
"That is called the rule of law. Not to be angry at the Constitution and the Constitutional Court and to call it 'scrubland'", Begić added.
