Begić: Whenever I see Murphy in mosques, I wonder what trick Schmidt is planning

(Patria) - An emergency session was held in the BiH Parliament due to frequent attacks on returnees in the RS, after which it was concluded that a team should be formed to adopt measures within 45 days to protect returnees, and the attacks on returnees were condemned.

Zlatan Begić, a DF representative, guesting on Hayat TV, said that he believes there is still a need in the RS to fiercely fight for what was gained through aggression, genocide, and ethnic cleansing…

- The discussion started in a civilized manner, which pleased me, but at one point you get to nationalism, fascism, counting severed heads without an argued stance, with the intention of equating the entire story. We will have to resolve the status of BiH citizens in the entity of RS, which is called that today, in another way, and that is by restructuring BiH when the conditions are met. We must defend ourselves from them and them from themselves, and that is difficult. The harder the task, the stronger the will should be. This is a generational task, we all know what happened and what is happening – he stated.

Begić says he does not believe in the current composition of the Council of Ministers, but that it is good that these measures have been adopted.

- The impression is that a counterweight to all of this is being highlighted in the position of Serbs in the Federation. There are cases, but at least from the environment I come from, there are no such problems, especially no organized, systematic, group attacks on Serbs. In DF, the list leader was from the Serb people, and he is now the Speaker of the TK Assembly, we also have Croats there. This is also the case in a large number of other political parties. When it comes to the international community and the High Representative, I get scared when I see Murphy in mosques and Schmidt in Srebrenica. They are washing away apartheid through this. Every time I see Murphy visiting a mosque, I wonder what trick Schmidt intends to pull off. I think these people are not even in their smallest minds and they use that great tragedy that happened to Bosniaks to somehow gain a moral basis for all the perversions, starting from imposing election rules on election night, through suspending the Constitution, to intentions to tear apart state property – he explained.

Regarding the "Kovačević" judgment by the European Court of Human Rights, Begić states that the PSBiH should implement it by amending the Constitution, and if the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH does not do so, then the High Representative has a legal obligation in the context of the rule of law to ensure and impose the implementation of that judgment.

- The High Representative is acting as a political actor, choosing one side, and now in a style of pop stars, the so-called agents representing BiH in proceedings before the European Court communicate with the public, issue statements… I will file a criminal complaint against them, and let the state institutions analyze it. Everyone should have the opportunity to check someone's status and actions. They were elected for three months three years ago, and when your decision expires, the next day your status ends, and you lose your power of attorney in such a case. I think this is misrepresentation, and now, even though that period has ended, it happens that they went to work, and a labor dispute occurred, and it went beyond the scope of the law. Their mandate expired, but they went to work. I will report this, but also to the law enforcement agencies.

Who are Ms. Harisa and Monika to decide what BiH's interest is, did they contact the institutions elected by the citizens, even the competent minister, and request an act or power of attorney to proceed. I found out that they tried to illegally obtain my file and the files of three delegates of the House of Peoples of the Federation Parliament from the CEC, which never happened, and only because we are also participants in proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights and one of the proceedings is "attacking" Schmidt's decisions, and for that reason, I intend to file a complaint – Begić revealed.
