Bećirović, Zvizdić and Ademović Submit Appeal to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina

(Patria) - Authorized representatives of the cabinet of the member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Bećirović, the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Zvizdić, and the Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples Kemal Ademović submitted an appeal to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina with a request for a constitutionality review and the imposition of a temporary measure after the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik signed a decree enacting unconstitutional laws banning the work of the Court, Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council, and the State Investigation and Protection Agency on the territory of Republika Srpska, and these laws were published in the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska.

The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the State Investigation and Protection Agency will, as Zvizdić stated last night, continue their work to protect the territorial integrity, sovereignty, and constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and to sanction those who work to undermine the constitutional order, peace, and stability. This is their primary jurisdiction, right, and obligation.

Incidentally, Dodik signed the Decrees:

- Law on the Non-Application of Laws and Prohibition of the Operation of Unconstitutional Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina,

- Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Republika Srpska,

- Law Amending the Criminal Code of Republika Srpska, and

- Law on the Special Register and Publicity of the Work of Non-Profit Organizations.

This practically means that Dodik has "dismissed" the judicial authority of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the territory of Republika Srpska, thereby committing a coup d'état and declaring war on the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
