Bećirović on a two-day official visit to Germany

(Patria) - Chairman of the BiH Presidency Denis Bećirović will be on an official visit to the Federal Republic of Germany today and tomorrow.

In Berlin, he will talk with the President of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Chancellor Olaf Scholz.

This is the first time in a long time that the Chairman of the BiH Presidency will have meetings with both the President and the Chancellor of Germany, the strongest economic power in the EU, during an official visit.

During his visit to Germany, a country that witnessed the Dayton Peace Agreement, Bećirović will discuss BiH's path towards full membership in the EU and NATO.

There will also be discussions on strengthening the cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Germany, it was announced from the BiH Presidency.
