Bećirović meets with US President Joe Biden in New York

(Patria) - Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Bećirović, accompanied by his wife Mirela, attended a reception in New York hosted by US President Joe Biden and his wife Jill.

- Bosnia and Herzegovina and the US have strong and friendly ties, and our strategic commitment is to further strengthen these ties.

The meeting with President Biden and the First Lady was an opportunity to express my respect to the President and the people of the US for all the assistance provided to our country so far.

I am pleased that President Biden has once again expressed full support for Bosnia and Herzegovina, and especially that he highlighted his personal connection to our country - said Bećirović.
