Bećirović visited the Bosniak community in Albania

(Patria) - Member of the Presidency of BiH Denis Bećirović visited the Bosniak community in the Republic of Albania, with a warm welcome in the settlement of Borak.

On this occasion, he spoke with the president of the Association of Bosniaks Zambak in the Republic of Albania, Fikret Klarić, as well as with the gathered citizens of this Bosniak community.

The member of the Presidency of BiH stated that Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Albania have exceptionally good and friendly relations. Bosniaks in Albania are an additional bridge for strengthening these interstate ties. He emphasized that Bosniaks in the Republic of Albania are an example of how language, tradition, and historical heritage are preserved through generations in the diaspora, thus maintaining unbreakable ties with Bosnia and Herzegovina.

During the conversation, Bećirović pointed out that he greatly appreciates the significant contribution of the Bosniak community in the Republic of Albania to strengthening political, economic, cultural, and other forms of cooperation between the two countries. It is of strategic importance for Bosnia and Herzegovina to establish quality communication between the diaspora and the homeland.

The president of the Association of Bosniaks Zambak in the Republic of Albania, Fikret Klarić, emphasized that the visit of the member of the Presidency of BiH, Denis Bećirović, has exceptional significance for the Bosniak community. He pointed out that the arrival of the member of the Presidency of BiH represents strong support for their efforts in preserving their national identity, language, culture, and faith, as well as an additional incentive to continue their work towards strengthening the community's organization and visibility in the social life of the Republic of Albania.
