(Patria) - Chairman of the BiH Presidency Denis Bećirović made a short statement on his Facebook profile after the Resolution on the Genocide in Srebrenica was adopted today in the UN General Assembly.
Bećirović, along with a photo with the BiH Ambassador to the UN, Zlatko Lagumdžija, wrote three words: "Truth has prevailed".
Let us remind you that Bećirović, along with Lagumdžija and BiH Presidency member Željko Komšić, has been continuously lobbying among UN member states in recent days to support the Resolution on Srebrenica.
The Resolution was voted on today in the General Assembly, with a result of 84 to 19.
