Bećirović - Peach: Accelerate Economic and Euro-Atlantic Integration of BiH

(Patria) - Member of the Presidency of BiH Denis Bećirović spoke with the Special Envoy of the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (UK) for the Western Balkans, Lord Stuart Peach, on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.

Discussing the upcoming meeting of the European Council in Brussels, Bećirović emphasized that BiH's European path and persistence on a Euro-Atlantic future is a long-term geopolitical investment in European peace, stability, and prosperity.

He stressed that the EU integration process will strengthen stability in the Western Balkans.

Peach stated that the UK, as a country that is one of the witnesses to the Dayton Peace Agreement, supports the Euro-Atlantic path of our country and remains a strong ally of BiH.

Among other things, he conveyed that the UK will work to support peace and strengthen democratization in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Bećirović thanked for the UK's continued support for the independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
