Bećirović: Denying journalistic rights and freedoms to Avdo Avdić is unacceptable

Freedom of the media is of crucial importance for journalists and all media employees, as well as for every democratic state, because the degree of democracy in a society is assessed based on media freedom.

All regional cooperation processes involve respecting journalistic principles and freedom of movement. Bearing this in mind, and advocating for European principles and values, I believe that denying journalistic rights and freedoms to Avdo Avdić is unacceptable," Bećirović stated in the announcement.
