Bećirović at meeting with President of the Republic of Turkey Erdoğan: Dodik is a subject of the judiciary and there is no discussion with him

(Patria) - Member of the BiH Presidency Denis Bećirović attended a working breakfast at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, within the framework of the 4th Antalya Diplomacy Forum.

During the conversation between the members of the BiH Presidency and President Erdoğan,
Bećirović emphasized that the president of the BiH entity RS has grossly attacked the constitutional order of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina and that the judiciary has reacted because of it.

Decisions of independent judicial institutions must be implemented, and the time
for tolerating Dodik's anti-Dayton and unconstitutional policy must become a thing of the past.
Statements by certain politicians from the RS entity that the high representative is the cause of the crisis are
incorrect. It is now clear to everyone that the entire package of anti-Dayton laws in the RS entity has been prepared for years and that it has nothing to do with the high representative and
the first-instance verdict of the BiH Court.

Therefore, it is important that no one in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in the international community underestimates the danger facing the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Verdicts of independent judicial institutions are not commented on, they must be implemented. This must be understood by both Dodik and his closest associates who are still
participating in the attack on the constitutional order of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Dodik's offers to resolve the attack on the constitutional order through political negotiations are unacceptable, because there can be no negotiations on respecting the Constitution and laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, said Bećirović.

The President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said that preserving the unity, peace, and stability of Bosnia and Herzegovina are very important for the Republic of Turkey. He also said that the Republic of Turkey will continue to strengthen relations with Bosnia and Herzegovina in the future.
