Bećirović: European path is impossible without protecting the constitutional order of BiH

(Patria) - BiH Presidency member Denis Bećirović held a working meeting with the Mayor of Donji Vakuf Municipality, Huso Sušić, and spoke with citizens.

Bećirović emphasized the importance of direct communication between state officials and representatives of local communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- We must all be cautious together and must not underestimate the dangers that loom over our country - Bećirović stated on this occasion.

He emphasizes that the European path of Bosnia and Herzegovina is an impossible mission as long as the state's constitutional order is under attack.

- This is a fundamental prerequisite for us to return to a state of constitutionality and legality, and both domestic and international officials must be aware of this.

Therefore, it is necessary to stop anti-Dayton activities and then continue European and Euro-Atlantic integrations, which will ensure a better life for all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina - Bećirović added.

Mayor Sušić thanked Bećirović for the visit and informed him about the main activities and projects, primarily in the areas of communication and infrastructure.

Sušić emphasized that huge efforts are being invested in creating a favorable business environment in the municipality of Donji Vakuf.

Among other things, he stressed that in cooperation with competent institutions, work is being done to achieve more efficient use and protection of cultural and historical landmarks and heritage, and the importance of branding "Ajvatovica" as a Bosnian-Herzegovinian product was particularly highlighted.

Bećirović said that he will advocate, within his powers and capabilities, for the promotion of the capacities that Donji Vakuf Municipality has, as well as other local communities.
