Bećirević visited Trnovo and distributed 25 aid packages

Mayor of Centar Municipality Dževad Bećirević visited Trnovo Municipality on Thursday, where he was hosted by the mayor of this local community, Ibro Berilo. The visit was organized on the occasion of Orthodox Christmas, during which Bećirević and Berilo visited families in need and distributed appropriate donations, reports the BH News Agency Patria.

Centar Municipality, in cooperation with the "Stari Grad" soup kitchen, provided 25 packages with basic food items, and Trnovo Municipality provided monetary donations of 50 convertible marks each.

 

The packages were delivered to the home addresses of the residents of Trnovo municipality. On this occasion, Orthodox believers thanked the mayors for their attention and help. They added that this activity means a lot to them because, in addition to having richer tables for the great holiday, they know they are not forgotten.
