Bečarević: With this KS Government, we will all go on a liposuction diet

(Patria) - The President of the KO of the Party for BiH, former Minister of Communal Economy, Infrastructure, Spatial Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection of KS, and energy expert Almir Bečarević was a guest today on the show "Dobar dan, BiH" on Hayat Television.

Bečarević believes that the Sarajevo Canton Budget Proposal for 2025 is unrealistic and does not provide answers to the current difficult situation, and even further destroys Sarajevo Canton.

- First, it should be reminded that Mr. Kalamujić, the Minister of Finance, has been announcing a budget rebalance for the last four months, and after four months of assurances, we learned that a budget rebalance is not needed. I don't know why they don't need a rebalance when they have already exceeded the employee salary budgets by the sixth month.

Furthermore, although they are both very young, these two young men, the Prime Minister and the Minister of Finance, have deceived the youth this year, and then, although they announced it as the best in history, they did not issue a public call for subsidies for the purchase of the first apartment for 2024.

Where is it? It's not there, just as it is not planned for the 2025 budget either. So, those who are young and represent that population, do not give to the youth - Bečarević reminds of the broken promises of the current KS Government towards the youth.

Bečarević adds that there are serious problems in the planning of this year's budget, which has now gone to public discussion.

- The original budget revenues for 2025 will not even be one billion and one hundred million, and they say the budget will amount to one billion and four hundred and seventy million.

Again, they are inventing more than 300 million that will be in 2025, with the shocking sentence that there used to be hundreds of millions from the Federation and now there are none. Well, how are there none? They have all the power vertically.

The man who is in prison today enabled all of this for them, and now that they have come to power, those millions are gone. How so? Therefore, the KS budget is devastated, destroyed, and will suffer terrible blows, even stronger in the next two years.

Accordingly, prepare for what I have been saying all along - they will start increasing utility prices for citizens because one hundred million goes from the Government to utility companies - emphasizes Bečarević.

He claims that this year we will have historical losses in public companies for 2024, and all of them are in a state of decay.

- So, watch out, based on salaries alone, the budget in 2025 amounts to more than 700 million KM, and add 100 million to utility companies, that's eight hundred million, and the original revenues are close to one billion and one hundred.

These are, therefore, only two items - what kind of investments are they talking about? They are, therefore, heading towards the complete devastation of KS, and with this KS Government, we will all have to go on a liposuction diet - adds Bečarević.
