Bečarević reminded Uk: I warned you what would happen in winter, you found it funny, you are a good man but not for prime minister

(Patria) - Former Minister of Communal Economy of Sarajevo Canton Almir Bečarević addressed an open letter today to Sarajevo Canton Prime Minister Nihad Uk. We are publishing the letter without intervention:

"Let me get straight to the point at the beginning, because I led the Ministry in your Government, and others led you, and now we have what we have. It would be better if we didn't have what we have, because you didn't want to listen to the one who gave you information from the Ministry, but you listened to those who wish no good for themselves, let alone for you.

To cut to the chase:

- I told you that there would be a shortage of funds for youth subsidies, and you didn't ask for money but for a reason why so many young people applied for the public call. They told you to blame the minister, but the communication records exist to show that you were informed.

- Regarding air pollution, I wrote open letters to reduce the price of gas, and you found it funny. They told you, 'Leave him alone,' while I, at 35 degrees Celsius, in the middle of August, was asking for a lower gas price and publicly announced what would happen this winter (it hasn't even started yet). You found it amusing, and now we have what we have. IT WILL GET WORSE.

- The price of gas on the Dutch stock exchange is 340 USD/1000 m3, and Sarajevo Canton pays the supplier 470 USD.

- I left the Government, and you allowed ONLINE CLASSES TO BE REMOVED FROM THE ALREADY ADOPTED PLAN OF EMERGENCY MEASURES AS A MEASURE WHEN AN ALERT EPISODE IS DECLARED. It was adopted by the Government, and YOU REMOVED IT FROM THE PLAN. What kind of person must you be to do this to the children of Sarajevo. As proof, release the discussion from the KS Government on this agenda item or the original Plan submitted by the ministry.

- I told and wrote to you that gas consumption in Sarajevo is falling and that we will have what we have now. I publicly wrote that the personnel solutions in the gas sector are catastrophic, and you rewarded them with better positions. I complained to you about the polluted air and the "smell" in the neighborhoods, and you wrote to me, "LICK YOUR SHOES".

- I informed you in April 2023 that there would not be enough money for 2024, and you found it funny, and now you want to sell the property of Sarajevo Canton to increase revenues.

My Prime Minister,

I told you long ago that you are not suited for that position, because they are making you an obedient subordinate, not a prime minister. You are a good man, and I told you that, but your reach is far below the position of prime minister. In the end, we will all now lick the failures together that you were warned about, but you did not react in time, because a prime minister reacts, not an obedient subordinate.
