Banja Luka Prosecutor's Office opens case after release of footage showing Đajić with narcotics

(Patria) - The District Public Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka has opened a case after a compromising video appeared on Wednesday, November 19, featuring convicted criminal Nenad Radinković and Vlado Đajić, until now the top man of the Banja Luka SNSD and director of the University Clinical Center of Republika Srpska.

"The District Public Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka, regarding the published video, has opened a case ex officio and will determine all circumstances related to the published video. We cannot provide more information at this time," was stated for "Nezavisne novine" from the Banja Luka Prosecutor's Office.

Earlier, Milorad Dodik, president of the SNSD, stated that Vlado Đajić, general director of the University Clinical Center of Republika Srpska and SNSD representative in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, had relieved himself of all functions, after a video was published publicly showing Đajić talking to a man about narcotics.

Đajić, on the other hand, commenting on the video that appeared this morning, claims that it is not about drugs, and that it is a classic setup.

Dodik made a decision to dismiss Vlado Đajić from the position of president of the SNSD City Committee in Banja Luka due to damaging the party's reputation, and appointed Goran Maričić as temporary president of this committee.

Instead of the dismissed Đajić, Nikola Šobot was appointed to head the University Clinical Center of Banja Luka.
