Banja Luka SDP: Who is bothered by our City Organisation, who is bothered by Serbs in the SDP

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Respecting the freedom of the media, public information and dissemination of information in general, we are addressing this statement in order to react to the continuous attack on the City Board of the SDP Banja Luka and the Vice President of the SDP BiH Vojin Mijatović, through connotations that cross all boundaries of liberal expression and etiquette in general, by the portal Slobodna Bosna, it was announced from the City Organisation of the SDP Banja Luka.

"With full respect for media pluralism, and understanding for the internal policy of financing and profit-making of certain commercial media such as Slobodna Bosna, we point out that we are aware of the tendentious and destructive editorial policy aimed at our City Organisation and the Vice President of the SDP BiH Vojin Mijatović. In order to satisfy the radical charge of its fragmented audience and political parties that cultivate such discourse, there is obviously a complete lack of knowledge of elementary methods of journalistic research. Otherwise, they would know that being informed about, as they emphasise, the Banja Luka branch of the SDP BiH, requires field work and coming to Banja Luka. In summary, this has never happened, which is compatible with the decade-long status of the clients and actual mentors. Such a planned witch-hunt against the City Board of the SDP Banja Luka, individually viewed against the political entity with the highest growth in Bosnia and Herzegovina, is not a surprise. Through our work, we have provided our party with legitimacy over true multi-ethnicity in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and sent a message that coexistence is possible throughout our
country", the statement from the City Board of the SDP BiH Banja Luka says.

"Desperate attempts to portray the City Board of the SDP Banja Luka as a factor that divides the SDP BiH into factions are an indicator of utter powerlessness in the attempt to preserve the policy of separating the country into national pens. The SDP BiH is a large party and different views are a normal and democratic thing. We are also aware of the alarming manipulations by the portal Slobodna Bosna with the tragic war events in Srebrenica, and with the marking of certain holidays in the Republic of Srpska, but what is more concerning is that we, as a political organisation, have long ago taken a public stance on all these issues, and your bosses are in a firm coalition with those political organisations that publicly advocate for the denial of genocide, denial of the state and non-compliance with the decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH. Instead of, if you advocate for the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina as you legitimise yourselves, publicly condemning the coalition of Bakir Izetbegović and Željko Komšić with people who deny the state of BiH, you are actually showing your true face and unequivocal hatred towards the SDP BiH, and especially hatred towards Serbs in the SDP BiH. The degree of hatred you show towards the Serbian people, which you do not even want to hide, shows the real motives of your work and the political goals of your bosses, but however, we must tell you that it is precisely against such hatred on all three sides that we are fighting, and we must tell you that there is no difference between Milorad Dodik and his TV Bastille, i.e. RTRS, and your bosses and you", they point out from the SDP Banja Luka.

They add: "Based on this, as the City Board of the SDP Banja Luka, contrary to such insinuations, we respect the institution of the seal and signature of representatives of all constituent peoples according to the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, from the Dayton Agreement, through the Armed Forces of BiH, to the verdicts of the Hague Tribunal. We also respect the decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH, and we ask the position, national parties and coalition partners at the state level why they are not being implemented?! We reject all negative connotations and indications that are legally unfoundedly placed by coalition partners from the right-wing sector with the aim of destroying the state, in the sense of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a non-existent and impossible state, the Republic of Srpska as a genocidal creation, the Republic of Srpska as a state. In accordance with the real factual situation, political action and democratic path, we will fight for Bosnia and Herzegovina, the state of all of us, from the Adriatic to the Sava, from the Drina to the Una.  We have to tell you, we are people who love our state and all the people who live in it, through your actions and the placement of sick lies you are destroying the state of Bosnia and
Herzegovina. Bosnia and Herzegovina is a state in which three peoples live but one soul. Neither you nor your bosses, nor your coalition partners who deny that same state, will we allow to destroy it. You continue with lies, we will continue with the truth, each to their own according to conscience and honour".
