Bandić: The Trojka politically acts like a split personality

All of us who love Bosnia and Herzegovina must finally understand that the fate of our state, cantons, and municipalities in which we live is in our hands, i.e., in our right to vote and our votes. Only in this way, as citizens, can we say what we want and what we don't want in politics. And we must say it in such a way that we leave no room for post-election engineering, which the foreign factor constantly imposes on us by relativizing the will of the citizens of this country and the will of its most numerous nation, the Bosniaks. Today, we live under a government imposed by foreigners, which primarily deals with personal and foreign interests, not the interests of its state, its citizens, or its own people.

No matter how much the main actors of this tragicomedy claim otherwise, their actions are aimed against Bosnia and Herzegovina ever becoming an organized, European state. After the “secret” Laktaši meeting, for the umpteenth time, we have convinced ourselves that what the Trojka members say publicly, they do not represent in secret in a pleasant, friendly environment with the obstructors and destroyers of the state. The Trojka in power literally acts like a split personality, which no longer knows when, whom, on what occasion, or in what capacity it has lied.

The first personality of our Trojka members is the one they offer us through the media. It is made up of some overly brave, overly honest people, moralists, great patriots, and empathizers with their people, who have a solution for every problem, but never solve it. The second personality is the one from meetings without cameras, which we will never see on our small screens.

That Second personality is a true friend of proven fascists, always ready for cooperation, and feels from the heart that January 9th and March 1st are the same, somewhat problematic and trivial dates, but will never say it clearly so as not to upset “political Sarajevo,” “Tehran,” or “Muslims.” It is not interested in young people, employees, workers, disabled people, or pensioners, but it is genuinely interested in one single, genetically predetermined, and eternally majorized human being without a day of work experience in judicial practice finally flourishing judicially, realizing their full potential, and becoming a judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH.

That Second personality has no problem with Sarajevo paying for gas tomorrow, while some nice guy in Posušje happily plays with the valve and turns it off according to personal economic and political needs, just as the merry fellows of similar aesthetic inclinations from Pale are doing today. Moreover, that personality seems happy that these nice and merry people got the gas valve, because that Second personality certainly dislikes these dirty and low jobs that are not even worthy of a photo for Facebook or Instagram. As for the Second personality, gas valves should not only be distributed by ethnicity but also by cantons, municipalities, and local communities. For the Second personality, European regulations are irrelevant here, but rather the will of his Angel.

While the First personality constantly talks about bravely fighting with all their might for BiH to get a date for opening negotiations with the EU, which is a step forward on the European path, but not as spectacular as they try to inflate it for pre-election purposes,

The Second personality is concretely engaged in the legalization of electoral apartheid over its own citizens. The First personality speaks sweetly about Europe, human rights, equality, love, and a better life, while the Second personality draws up sketches of an ethnically based electoral system with fascists, a de facto divided and dysfunctional country with ethnizised institutions, full of partyocratic corruption and without the rule of law, in which laws, decisions, jobs, appointments, tenders, and golden hands are freely traded, and where every political clique blocks whatever it wishes, solely to achieve personal gain.

And to be completely honest, I am afraid of the political and legal limitations of this Second personality and the future that this colossal gap in elementary logic and knowledge brings us. So far, no disorganized and dysfunctional country has entered the EU or NATO, and I doubt it ever will.

Bosnia and Herzegovina, with its complex political system whose fundamental problem is systemic mechanisms of ethnic blockades, will certainly not enter the EU in this state. However, only a naive or completely crazy person can believe that the secessionist policy of anti-state elements will disappear if they are given additional mechanisms for blocking and euthanizing the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Election Law of BiH, Constitutional Court of BiH, state property, etc.).

What truly surprises me in this entire parapolitical circus, which is more suited for Noah's Ark or Third Eye, is that none of the “independent” analysts are critically commenting on these crucial issues for the future of our society. Primarily, I am interested in the apologetics of the results of these secret meetings and how they will manage to overcome the logical antagonism between the First personality, who says one thing publicly, and the Second personality, who does the opposite in secret among our overly smart and overly honest Trojka members?!

I hope that at least the “independent” analysts will have enough knowledge, ethics, morality, professional and human integrity to explain to our overly smart Trojka members that the blocking of the system will not stop by giving those who block the system additional levers for blocking, but that this is a path on which you can expect even more blockades and even worse system dysfunctionality. And as a consequence, Bosnia and Herzegovina will be even further from the European Union, regardless of the formal opening of negotiations.

No matter how spectacular the opening of negotiations may sound in our grim everyday life, it will not bring any significant changes to our lives on its own. We must be aware and realistic that some countries have been negotiating with the EU for years, and some for decades, all depending on internal political circumstances, which in our case are the fundamental brake on progress. Therefore, the sale and betrayal of the state CANNOT be justified by trivial technical achievements such as opening negotiations with Brussels technocrats!

One of the secretly agreed conditions for this sudden “European progress,” which no one mentions, is the reduction of the number of Bosniaks in leading positions in BiH institutions to a quota acceptable to the destroyers of this state, which will lead to the complete political marginalization of the most numerous nation in BiH in state institutions. For these positions, in the future agreed political structure of BiH, only politically suitable and acceptable Bosniaks for Čović and Dodik will be able to compete.

Therefore, I appeal to the citizens not to expect too much and not to burn out in European aspirations, because in the best case, we will end up like the students, employees, or youth of Sarajevo Canton, i.e., as disposable, one-time pre-election goods, which is what the Trojka's talk about opening negotiations with the EU actually is. In any case, we have very quickly reached a point of alienation from our reality by the imposed Trojka ruling establishment that I have caught myself these days believing more in what Čović and Dodik say publicly about secret talks than in what the overly brave, overly smart, and overly honest Trojka members or any of their “independent” analysts say.

It is difficult to find what is true in the pile of lies with which the Trojka members bury us daily, but be one hundred percent sure of one thing, and that is that when trivial characters start dealing with serious issues, the results of that work will be proportionally catastrophic to their trivial understanding of the reality in which we live.
