Bandić supported healthcare workers: Promised to help within his capabilities

(Patria) - MP of the Party for BiH in the KS Assembly, Muamer Bandić, visited healthcare workers who have been protesting for days in the park in front of the cantonal authorities' building in the evening.

Bandić supported the workers, as healthcare is an important segment for all citizens, and these workers are one of the key factors in healthcare.

The workers informed Bandić that they had submitted an Initiative for a thematic session of the KS Assembly, which would discuss the poor state of public healthcare in KS, outdated equipment, attacks on workers, coefficients and salaries, staff departures…

MP Bandić promised to help healthcare workers within his capabilities, as he fully understands their reasons for protesting and the demand for a thematic session.

He called on cantonal authorities to stop passively observing the problems in healthcare because their staff are largely the creators of these problems. Bandić emphasized that he hopes the Assembly will convene as soon as possible and that the workers' demands will be met.

In addition to political assistance, he offered other forms of help to the workers who stand in front of the cantonal government on cold nights, for which they thanked him with a message that they will not give up until their demands are met.
