Bandić: The statements of the imposed prime minister's advisor are the epitome of contempt for our people

The statements of the advisor to the imposed Prime Minister of FBiH Nermin Nikšić, Jasenka Tica Isović, and some other SDP officials regarding the local elections in Jablanica are the epitome of the contempt that this group of alienated petty bourgeois continuously shows towards our people and our plural Bosniak political culture.

According to them, only their opinion is correct, and everyone else is an illiterate idiot who needs to be "enlightened" or, more precisely, molded according to the personal interests of this group of petty bourgeois, who do not understand parliamentary democracy and the principles of individual freedom in an open society at all.

The petty bourgeois do not understand that the point of a free society is not for everyone to have the same opinion. Moreover, they do not understand that the progress of a free society is precisely linked to the diversity of opinions and their conflict in the public sphere, which is a kind of perpetual motion machine that creates progress and pushes society forward.

Their worldview has remained in the mire of the uniformity and totalitarianism of a system that has irretrievably collapsed. They do not understand that, despite all the propaganda spins with which they bombard us daily, people clearly see the gap between what the imposed authorities tell them is true and how they actually live their lives every day.

And people are fed up with those lies, and because of them, they are fleeing their country en masse. And it is quite logical that those who stay seek a meaningful political alternative to these petty bourgeois who shamelessly lie to them and openly despise them, while at the same time expecting their vote.

Such statements are nothing new, but just a small episode in a long series of evading responsibility that we have been watching and hearing for years. Whatever happens, someone else is always to blame!

What is a revelation in this latest petty bourgeois episode is that the culprit is no longer the opposition, but the people themselves. And that is the people that this government should be taking care of and leading to a better future. How can they despise them so much and consider them backward?

If our people were exactly as these petty bourgeois see them, the government would never change, but it does change. So it would be better for these petty bourgeois to roll up their sleeves and do something useful, not only for their "partners," Mile and Dragan, but also for these people who carry them on their backs and feed them. And understand once and for all, when people do not vote for you, it only means you did not do a good job. The mistake is in you, not in the people!
