The County Court in Zagreb will decide on the request of Milan Bandić's defense to review and lift the prohibition measures imposed on him in the Agram case, reports the Patria news agency.
We remind, Bandić, as a condition for his defense from freedom, in addition to a 15 million kuna bail, was imposed measures prohibiting communication with 178 witnesses and performing the mayoral duties.
Also, earlier Bandić's lawyers filed a constitutional complaint seeking a review of the decision banning him from performing the mayoral duties.
