Bakir's "witness under oath" convicted for the fourth time for the same lie

The Municipal Court in Sarajevo has issued another verdict in the lawsuit filed by Fahrudin Radončić against Šejla Turković, the wife of the accused Zijad Turković and a false witness of the mafia-corruption clan, writes the portal "Dnevni avaz", reports the Patria News Agency.

- By verdict number 65 0 P 329501 13 P of 8 July 2014, Šejla Turković was ordered to pay 1,000 KM in damages for false and unfounded accusations against the president of SBB. Namely, Turković publicly claimed that Fahrudin Radončić ordered the liquidation of Ramiz Delalić Ćelo in Sarajevo, which she allegedly witnessed, and that he personally threatened her. The court determined in the proceedings that these were lies and the competent judge decided that Šejla Jugo Turković was responsible for defamation. This is the fourth verdict by which the Court has sanctioned Šejla Turković's lies and monstrous fabrications about Fahrudin Radončić.

Earlier, by verdict number 65 0 P 220744 11 P of 22 March 2013, Bakir's mafia associate was ordered to pay 3,000 KM for the same false claims in the newspaper "EuroBlic", and by verdict number 65 0 P 218338 11 P

of 9 April 2013, 4,000.00 KM for lies in the newspaper "Oslobođenje", that the president of SBB allegedly approved the murder of Ramiz Delalić Ćelo. Furthermore, by verdict of the Municipal Court of Sarajevo number 65 0 P 214756 11 P of 29 March 2013, Šejla Turković's lies that Radončić was allegedly preparing to liquidate her at any moment were sanctioned, with the obligation of the publisher to pay 1,000.00 KM in damages.

Šejla Turković, of course, never provided, nor does anything of the sort exist, any evidence for her claims about Fahrudin Radončić's alleged connection to the murder of Ramiz Delalić Ćelo, but Bakir Izetbegović boasted on 13 April 2013 that "a witness under oath accused the Minister of Security of ordering the murder."

With the fourth verdict, Bakir Izetbegović and his witness have been caught in a serious lie, which for years has aimed to stop investigations into dozens of political assassinations and systemic corruption through which Bakir Izetbegović's government has economically destroyed BiH, writes Avaz.
