According to the Calendar of the Islamic Community in BiH, the first day of Kurban Bayram is Saturday, October 4, 2014. The Bayram prayer is at 07:26 AM. After the morning prayer (06:10 AM), the Bayram program will begin at 06:30 AM, writes rijaset.ba, reports the Patria agency.
The central Bayram celebration will be held in Sarajevo at the Gazi Husrev Bey Mosque. The Bayram prayer and sermon will be led by the Reis-ul-ulema Husein ef. Kavazović.
The traditional Bayram greeting at the Riyaset will be from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
The central Bayram celebration in the Sarajevo Mufti's jurisdiction will be held at the Skenderija Sports Center in Sarajevo. The Bayram prayer will be led by the Sarajevo Mufti, Dr. Enes Ljevaković.
The morning prayer will be performed at 6:00 AM, after which a program performed by the El-Fatih choir will be held. Parking is provided for all those arriving by car, as stated in the notice from the Sarajevo Mufti's office.
