Bajević: I'm sorry, it's hard for such a chance to come our way again

Bosnia and Herzegovina football expert Dušan Bajević is still summing up and analyzing BiH's performance at the World Cup, writes the Patria News Agency. Despite elimination from further progress in the World Cup, Bajević told the Patria News Agency that he is very sorry and upset about being eliminated from the World Cup, but he is not angry at the team or the professional staff.

- I think such a chance will be hard to come by again, but what's done is done. Going to the World Cup was a great success, but this second part was disappointing. We had great chances to advance, but oh well... We need to focus on the European Championship qualifiers now - said Bajević.

He did not want to comment on whether coach Safet Sušić should remain on the BiH bench and whether he is potentially the new leader of the Dragons.

- No, I don't want to talk about that, especially not over the phone and in the media. It's very unserious - said Bajević, adding that BiH had the opportunity to achieve something even greater than just going to the World Cup.

- No one disputes the great result achieved by simply going to the World Cup, but we had the quality and such opponents in the group, which we may never have again, and we could have advanced to the round of 16 - added Bajević.
