Baja from Laktaši despises BiH, but gladly takes state money

The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, assessed the call by the Vice-President of RS Ramiz Salkić for the cessation of the celebration of the Republic Day as unacceptable, inappropriate, and unnecessary, writes the Patria News Agency. 

Noting that Salkić's statement "causes more misunderstandings than it can contribute to an agreement," Dodik said that RS has its bodies that decided that Republic Day should be celebrated, and that they care about Bosniaks feeling good in it.

“BiH also causes me disgust, so I have to tolerate some things. I can understand that some things are not pleasing to them, but many things in BiH are not pleasing to us either, so we are forced to coexist,” stated the President of Republika Srpska.

He added that it might be interesting to cut Salkić's salary in half, because he did not say he would not receive it from Republika Srpska, even though everything else bothers him.

All of this was said by Dodik in reaction to Salkić's initiative to abolish the celebration of RS Day on January 9th. 

It would be worthwhile if the president of the smaller BiH entity were equally principled when it comes to receiving the enormously high salaries of SNSD deputies in the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, who put at least 5,000 KM of BIH STATE money into their pockets every month. 

If Dodik despises the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina so much, how is it that he fights for power in the Council of Ministers of BiH after every election, where his people also get paid handsomely by this state for their idleness and obstruction during their four-year mandate. 

Baja from Laktaši has full support for abolishing Salkić's salary, but only on the condition that all those employed by SNSD in state institutions renounce the money from the BiH budget that they despise. In addition, he could also renounce the money from the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH because, after all, it is collected by the state he cannot stand.
