Bahceci Center is the first IVF clinic in BiH with ISO 9001:2008 certification

Bahceci Center for Gynecology, Infertility and In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) as of Wednesday, October 7, 2015, is the first IVF clinic in Bosnia and Herzegovina to be awarded the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System standard, reports the BH News Agency Patria.

The certification was carried out by the Institute for Certification of Systems ICS, and upon presenting the certificate, representatives from this institution stated that the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System is a top management tool for successfully managing the organization for the benefit of all clinic patients and employees.

The Bahceci Center states that the quality certificate itself, among other things, serves as a guarantee to all patients and partners that the Bahceci Center will continuously provide services of the agreed-upon quality.

- By implementing the ISO 9001:2008 quality system, the Bahceci Center demonstrates its business philosophy of quality. By receiving this certificate, our clinic has undertaken the obligation to provide a high level of service and to constantly improve business processes - said Irfan Lazović, manager of the Bahceci Center in BiH.

Bahceci Center for Gynecology, Infertility and In Vitro Fertilization is the second clinic within the Bahceci Group to be certified with the Quality Management System standard.

Hamdi Bahceci, CEO of the Bahceci Group, emphasized on this occasion that the ISO 9001:2008 certificate is only an additional confirmation of quality work and the achieved level in the segment of organization and quality management in relation to patient requirements, and that patients can ultimately rely even more on the quality of services provided by this Group.

Bahceci Center for Gynecology, Infertility and In Vitro Fertilization was opened in Sarajevo 3 years ago, and to date has helped more than 250 healthy babies to be born. Within the Bahceci Group, which has 9 clinics in 7 countries, more than 20,000 babies have been born in 20 years of existence.
