Musa the younger was arrested by members of the MUP KS at around 4:10 PM, on the order of the duty prosecutor. He is currently undergoing criminal processing, after which he will be handed over to the jurisdiction of the KS Prosecutor's Office.

In a statement to the media after the police interrogation, Avdić explained that he is not the only victim of the arrested Musa, considering that he attacked his colleague for the same reason.

He said that he coincidentally met the man whom Musa the younger attacked in the police station because he asked why his father Sanin Musa had gone to Široki Brijeg.

Sarajevo police arrested the attacker of Avdo Avdić

(Patria) - With a swift reaction from the Sarajevo police, the young man who physically assaulted journalist and editor of the Istraga.ba portal Avdo Avdić in Sarajevo today was arrested.

He explained that practically everything happened in front of the building where he lives.

- The son of Sanin Musa intercepted me and asked if I was journalist Avdo Avdić, to which I replied that I was. He asked me why I wrote about his father, I answered that I was doing my job.

I walked about a meter or two, and he hit me in the head, in the back of the head. He hit me with his hand, I don't know if it was an open or closed fist, because I didn't see.

He tried to pull me closer, I pushed him away and then turned on my phone to record what was happening, so I would have proof. Later, some people appeared who could testify to all of this - said Avdić.

He points out that the motive for the attack on the journalist is obvious and adds that he was not the only victim of the arrested Abdulaziz Musa today.

- For the same reason, he beat up a man in his company who asked him why Musa had gone to Široki Brijeg - said Avdić.
