Auto mafia no longer picks and chooses, so cars worth only a few hundred KM often end up as targets, writes the Patria news agency.
In Banja Luka, an old Fićo, over 30 years old, disappeared over the weekend, but with a quick police intervention, the car was found just a few hours later. The same day, police also found an old Audi that had disappeared at the beginning of the month, also in Banja Luka.
- We returned the vehicles to the owners, but we are still searching for the thieves – said the Banja Luka police, writes Patria.
The police warn that thefts are more frequent during the holiday season, so they advise citizens to be more cautious and protect their property.
