Svilaj – Odžak Motorway: 200 Trucks Deliver Around 15,000 Cubic Metres of Fill Material Daily

Works on the northernmost section of the Corridor 5c motorway, running through Bosnia and Herzegovina from Svilaj to Odžak, approximately 11 kilometres in length, are in full swing, writes the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).

As many as 200 trucks deliver around 15,000 cubic metres of fill material to the route every day. Two interchanges are also being built on the section: Svilaj and Odžak, through which this motorway will be connected to regional roads. The construction of the corridor on this section will cost around 83.8 million euros, writes NAP.

Upon opening the motorway from Svilaj to Odžak for traffic, Bosnia and Herzegovina will have a total of 135 km of modern motorway. Corridor 5c, which passes through BiH, will be a total of 338 km long after its completion.
