Austrians preparing conference for BiH, will help us find investors

The Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina (VTK BiH) has invited businesses in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with special emphasis on entities that suffered material damage during the floods in BiH, to participate in a business conference in Austria, scheduled for November 20, 2014, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria (NAP).

VTK BiH announced that within the conference, it is planned to organize a bourse of offers for investors or buyers of goods, which would be intended especially for companies that suffered damage during the floods in BiH.

- If a company lost its fixed assets in the floods, it can seek an investor at the conference, who would invest their funds in exchange for a certain share of ownership in the company. Thus, the event would present investment opportunities and demand for the foreign market from BiH companies – explained VTK BiH.

They invited all BiH companies seeking investors or wishing to place their products on the Austrian market, especially companies from the flooded areas of BiH, to take advantage of the opportunity and apply to participate in the conference.

Completed application forms must be submitted to VTK BiH by Friday, September 19, 2014.

- Information about interested BiH companies and their interest (in investors or placing products on the Austrian market) will be forwarded to the Austrian Chamber of Commerce to examine the interest of the Austrian market and find adequate partners for BiH businesses, the VTK BiH statement further reads, as reported by NAP.
