(Patria) - Anarchy is slowly entering the Bosnian entity of the Federation and becoming the brand of the government imposed by Christian Schmidt's Bonn powers with the mediation of the US Embassy.
There has been no serious parliamentary work for seven months. During that period, the Parliament adopted the Budget and one draft law. Everything else is smoke and dust in the eyes of citizens who are forced to endure an incapable, interest-gathering society.
Thanks to Schmidt and Michael Murphy, the anti-state HDZ and Dragan Čović have been given the levers of power to hold 2.2 million citizens of this entity hostage to their political desires. One desire is Marin Vukoja in the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, although experts believe he does not meet the basic conditions for election.
However, the HDZ is accustomed to its policy succeeding only where, with the help of installed cadres, it can rape democracy and procedures, thus blocking all other processes through the appointment of Vukoja.
The sick have no medicines, workers with conditions for pensions are not having their service years registered, laws for a better standard of living for citizens are not even in the plans, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina meets in vain, and much more could be listed and attributed to a government that was announced as reformist and was supposed to lead us to the standards of the European Union.
And it has led us to a political Sudan, in which factions, some fundamentalist, clerical, and others without a basis of knowledge, ready only to survive in power by being radically determined to betray both principles and voters for a piece of power.
The Federal Parliament meets today, but the outcome is uncertain. However, the uncertainty relates only to the question of whether the HDZ will be satisfied with the election of Vukoja or not. Citizens are again absent from the agenda, their problems are increasingly less present in the work of the highest legislative body in the Federation.
There are 98 parliamentarians, and it is difficult to expect that the bill for general inaction will be charged to them. The bill will not go to the HDZ either, because the international community and the parties of the troika have relieved it of the burden of blocking the Federation from 2018 to 2022. The troika will therefore pay the price, because it is a group of parties projected to replace the SDA according to the American plan.
And they have replaced it, with the fact that they will also exchange the fate of all citizens for their chairs.
Branding anarchy as a reform path will inevitably cost the troika parties in the next election cycles, and the imposed Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić may even face a judicial process.
The games played by those who sold the state for dinner are increasingly visible even to those uninitiated in political processes. They are even more clearly seen by those who feel the consequences of these games on their own skin. The critical mass is slowly heating up and becoming angrier. Along with events at the state level and the coup d'état of Milorad Dodik, there is enough quality flint to ignite street fires in front of institutions that are not working.
The anarchy imposed on an entity taken over in a seriously good financial condition will lead them into a situation where they will be in the role of Vjeka Bevanda and flee from citizens to whom they even today shamelessly promise better days, even though life in the Federation has become harder than death.
The game the troika is playing has an expiration date; when time runs out, anarchy will turn into general chaos. But this time, the blackmailed heads will not be able to use the joker “that’s how the SDA worked too.” No one has ever worked like this before!
