ANARCHY IS OUR SECOND NAME: In Široki Brijeg spectators can go to stadiums

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Fresh news from western Herzegovina. As of today, fans can go to stadiums and halls to follow sports and other events. Additionally, gatherings of up to 100 people are allowed. 

And there would be nothing controversial about this if the West Herzegovina Canton were some mini-state like Liechtenstein. But it is not. It is a canton in the entity of the Federation, in the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

While in the capital of that state, Sarajevo, citizens are persecuted with curfews and masks, while children are driven crazy with school in school and online, in one canton it will be possible, despite all measures, to watch matches and the like. 

These days we have had the opportunity to read texts attacking the Bjelašnica Ski Center and dramatically warning about some crowds in that ski center. Interestingly, no other ski center in BiH has been treated in such a way. 

So, the problem is that at Bjelašnica people come to ski, sled or walk, in clean air and open spaces, but it is not a problem that, for example, in Mostar no one wears masks, and at one point there are a thousand people in a shopping center, without distance and masks. 

Nor will this be a problem for the media. Because, obviously, anti-pandemic measures are implemented according to the whim of each cantonal master. And what kind of system we have is shown by the fact that, for example, in Lukavica you can party all night, while in Dobrinja the police chase you from 11 o'clock. 

As of today, citizens of Široki Brijeg will be able to follow sports events, both outdoors and indoors. In the rest of the state, whose system has burst at the seams, this will not be possible. 

Federal Minister of Health Vjekoslav Mandić will continue to hide, the Crisis Staff of the FBiH will give orders, and only those cantons where it suits the political masters of our lives will obey.
