The best Bosnian athlete Amel Tuka won third place at the athletics meeting in Rovereto, Italy, reports the Patria agency.
Tuka achieved third place in the 800 meters with a time of 1:44.62.
That is his best result this year, as well as the best European time in 2017.
The winner of the meeting in Rovereto was Kenyan athlete Wyclife Kinyamal, while second was Antoine Gakeme from Burundi.
Amel Tuka's best career result was achieved in Monaco in 2015 when he ran the race in 1:42.51.
