US Ambassador to BiH Maureen Elizabeth Cormack, who arrived in Sarajevo on January 13, visited Trebinje yesterday, reports the Patria News Agency.
- I congratulate the Parliament on the adopted statement by which BiH commits to the reforms necessary on the path to the EU - said Ambassador Cormack yesterday in Trebinje, expressing hope that favorable conditions will be created for increasing investments and improving the business climate in the country.
In an effort to learn more about business opportunities, Ambassador Cormack spoke with business people in this part of Herzegovina. She visited the Popovo Polje apple plantation in Dubljani, and the Vukoje and Anđelić wineries. She congratulated Trebinje high school students and participants of the Young Leaders Program on their success, and told them that she counts on them as future leaders.
