Ambassador Latinović to be Consulted by BiH Presidency

The Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina will summon Ambassador to Montenegro Denis Latinović for consultations in Sarajevo to review the current situation following the opening of the Sutorina issue, the Bosnian news agency Patria learns.

We recall, Montenegrin President Filip Vujanović has postponed signing the decree appointing the new Montenegrin ambassador to BiH, and this decision by the BiH Presidency is fully justified. Some analysts note that BiH does not need strained relations with the region, and the Sutorina issue has only further stirred passions.

Although Montenegrin media report that Ambassador Latinović will most likely be withdrawn from Montenegro, a Patria source from the BiH Presidency states that this is exclusively about consultations to be held by members of the BiH Presidency at the next session, which could occur upon Bakir Izetbegović's return from Riyadh.
