Kuwait's Ambassador to BiH Visits Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism

Federal Minister of Environment and Tourism Edita Đapo spoke today with the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nasser Riden Thamer Almotairi, reports the news agency Patria.

Expressing satisfaction with the friendly and good political and economic relations existing between BiH and Kuwait, the federal minister welcomed the significant investments from this country so far.

During the meeting, discussions were held on the priority tasks of this ministry in the coming period, the results achieved so far, the situation in the fields of tourism and environment, as well as the potentials aimed at further growth and development. Additionally, a significant part of the conversation was dedicated to potential Kuwaiti investments in BiH tourism.

BiH, i.e., the Federation of BiH, records a significant increase in the number of tourists from Kuwait every year. So far, at least 30,000 tourists from that country have visited our country, and Kuwait is one of the countries with the highest number of tourist overnight stays in BiH.

Nasser Riden Thamer Almotairi stated that Kuwait has good cooperation with BiH and that the intention is to improve it in the coming period, the Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism announced.
