US Embassy: The author of the indictment against Dodik is himself

(Patria) - The US Embassy in BiH has reacted to the publication by several media outlets, including banjaluka.net, regarding an alleged letter containing false and ridiculous accusations about the ongoing court process against Milorad Dodik and Miloš Lukić.

"It is absurd to suggest that the United States Embassy is the author of indictments or the organizer of a conspiracy. If there is an author of the indictment against Dodik outside the State Prosecutor's Office, as Dodik has claimed, it is Dodik himself. The clear and simple fact is that Dodik's problems are created by himself," the US Embassy's reaction states.

The letter published by some media claims that judges of the Court of BiH from the Serbian people are refusing to confirm the indictment, and that an agreement to confirm the indictment was reached by US Ambassador Michael Murphy and the President of the Court of BiH, Ranko Debevec.

The Court of BiH has not commented following the publication of this letter.
