BiH Embassy in Germany hosted a reception for Ivanić, with Vedad Ibišević among guests

Chairman of the BiH Presidency Mladen Ivanić attended a reception in Berlin last night, organized in his honor by the BiH Embassy in the Federal Republic of Germany. The reception was attended by BiH Ambassador to Berlin Željko Janjetović, as well as representatives of the diaspora and representatives of the three religious communities from BiH living in this country.

On behalf of the Serbian Orthodox Church, the reception was attended by Bishop of Frankfurt and all of Germany, Mr. Sergije, Reverend Ivica Komadina from the Croatian Pastoral Care Office, and the President of the Islamic Community of Bosniaks in Germany, Pašo efendija Fetić.

Chairman of the BiH Presidency Mladen Ivanić expressed satisfaction with the opportunity to see a large number of our people in one place who are very successful in Germany and who can be of help to BiH. He said he was convinced that people in the diaspora are an example of how to live and work in a healthy atmosphere and expressed hope that they will be able to bring the European spirit to BiH.

- I am especially pleased that representatives of all three religious communities attended the reception. I am glad that they have established good relations among themselves, and I am sure that their relations will be even better from now on - said Chairman Ivanić.

Chairman of the BiH Presidency Mladen Ivanić continues his working visit to Berlin. Incidentally, BiH national team player Vedad Ibišević, who lives and plays in Germany, also attended the reception and had a brief conversation with Ivanić.
