Amazon Prime Video Canada removes film denying Srebrenica genocide 'Serbia: Struggle for Freedom' from its platform

(Patria) - The Institute for Research of Genocide Canada announced that Amazon Prime Video Canada has removed the film denying the Srebrenica genocide, "Serbia: Struggle for Freedom" from its platform, calling it another victory.

The author of the film is Serbian director Boris Malagurski, a former associate of Russian media Russia Today and Sputnik. He is known for the controversial documentary films "Montenegro, Divided Country" and "Kosovo, A Moment in Civilization," which have provoked negative reactions and demands for bans on screenings in many countries.

The Institute for Research of Genocide Canada sent a letter to Amazon Prime Video Canada requesting the removal of the mentioned revisionist film.

The film has been removed from the platform.

"Another victory in the fight against genocide deniers, falsifiers of historical, judicial, and scientific facts about genocide, and glorifiers of convicted war criminals. There is no tolerance for judicial, historical, and scientific facts about aggression and genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The truth and justice must be spoken loudly and clearly. Silence about the truth is part of the anti-Bosnian coalition's strategy.

In the fight against genocide denial, the voice of genocide victims and witnesses, as well as researchers and activists, must be heard even louder. Anti-Bosnian lobbying centers, genocide deniers, revisionists of judicial facts, and glorifiers of convicted war criminals must be confronted in an organized and knowledgeable manner," stated the Institute for Research of Genocide Canada, headed by Emir Ramić.
