(Patria) - Coach at the Asim Ferhatović Hase football school and FK Sarajevo legend Almir Turković (49) suffered a heart attack today and was urgently operated on at the Clinic for Cardiology of the University Clinical Centre Sarajevo (KCUS).
During the procedure, two stents were implanted, and he is currently in intensive care. Turković's condition is currently stable.
Turković was admitted to the KCUS Clinic for Cardiology due to chest pains.
As a reminder, Turković is a former BiH national team player who, during his playing career, played for Sarajevo, Zadar, Osijek, Hajduk, Japan's Osaka, Mexico's Tigres, among others...
