Alen Krtičić charged with robberies of minors in Sarajevo

 

The Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton, following a multi-month investigation and the collection of extensive evidence, filed an indictment against Alen Krtičić on January 29 before the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo, reports the Patria News Agency.

The indictment was filed due to the existence of a well-founded suspicion that during October and November 2014, in the Canton of Sarajevo, Krtičić committed two counts of robbery and three counts of aggravated theft, all using force.

Three criminal offenses were committed against minors, while one of the robberies was committed using a firearm.

The indictment was confirmed on January 30 by a pre-trial judge of the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo. The prosecutor proposed the extension of custody, i.e., the imposition of custody after the confirmation of the indictment, it was announced from the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo.
