Bosnian tennis player Aldin Šetkić achieved the best ranking of his career by reaching the quarterfinals of the Challenger in Segovia, reports the Patria agency.
Šetkić is currently ranked 189th on the ATP list, and in case of another victory and a place in the semifinals, he would be the 153rd tennis player in the world, thereby surpassing Mirza Bašić, who is currently the second best-ranked player from Bosnia and Herzegovina after Damir Džumhur.
Šetkić will play in the quarterfinals against Italian Matteo Berrettini, who is the 170th tennis player in the world.
