(Patria) - If we want to save the country, we must reform the judiciary, said the president of the Association Guardians of Bosnia and doctor of law Enver Išerić tonight on social networks.
Išerić reminded that on FTV's Dnevnik 2, the president of Republika Srpska and SNSD, Milorad Dodik, said: "If, for example, a judge in the Trebinje court applies the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH, we will convene a session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska and abolish that court. Thus, both the one who applied the decision and all employees of that court will lose their jobs".
In the same Dnevnik, Išerić also reminds, the president of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, Nenad Stevandić, said the following: "We have a duality in that the HJPC appoints judges, and we provide funds for their salaries from the budget, and now the question arises who they will listen to - either the one who appoints them or the one who finances them".
"Can you imagine what a person says!?
Considering that at the state level we have a combination of influence on the work of the judiciary, both from those who appoint them and from those who provide funds for their work, including all other negative elements, then it is no wonder that the state of our judicial system is as it is.
Without justice in the judiciary, there is no justice in the country, and without justice in the country, no system can hardly survive. Someone has removed the blindfold from the 'goddess of justice' in the judiciary. And the blindfold served her so she wouldn't see who her clients were and so she could judge fairly", Išerić stated on his Facebook profile.
