If the House of Peoples Collegium does not distance itself from Karamatić, the initiative will go to a vote

SDP delegate in the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament Aner Žuljević requested that delegate in the state House of Peoples Mario Karamatić (HSS) resign, after arrogant statements that he does not pay the RTV fee. Karamatić went a step further and invited citizens to pay their obligations regularly, so that he could have a regular salary, writes Patria.

Žuljević also submitted an initiative for the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament to distance itself from Karamatić. The initiative will be considered by the Collegium of the House. If the initiative does not pass the Collegium, Žuljević will request that the delegates vote on the initiative.

When asked by a PINK TV journalist if he pays the RTV fee, Karamatić said: "Of course not. Why would I pay it?".

One of the viewers of the show called in and said that it is unclear to him that a person who sits in the BiH Parliament and receives money for it does not want to pay the public RTV service.

Karamatić rudely told the viewer: "Pay all contributions regularly, so that I can have regular income, so that I don't suffer".

- Taking into account that Karamatić was elected from this House, by voting in the Club of Croats, I believe it is necessary for the Club of Croats, as well as the entire House, to distance itself from Karamatić's views, and in that way send a clear message that Karamatić's public behavior is inappropriate and absolutely unacceptable – delegate Žuljević told the Patria agency.

The law in BiH has not defined the conditions for the recall of a delegate, so Žuljević calls on Karamatić to resign himself because, he says, Karamatić has lost all credibility to continue holding any public office in BiH, writes Patria.
