If Anything Goes Her Way - It's Appointments: What are the new personnel solutions of the FBiH Government

(Patria) - The FBiH Government today passed a Decision on the temporary appointment of Samir Numanović as Director of the Gender Centre of FBiH, for three months or until the completion of the tender procedure in accordance with the Law on Civil Service in the Federation of BiH.

Previously, a Decision was passed to relieve the current Director of the Gender Centre of FBiH of duty, due to reaching the legal age for termination of employment in a civil service body.

Previous consent was also given to the Assembly of the Business Company Operator - Terminals of the Federation d.o.o. Sarajevo for the appointment of Emir Dizdar as a member of the Supervisory Board of this business company, for a period until the expiry of the mandate of other members of this supervisory board who were appointed for a four-year term, starting from April 8, 2024.

Before that, previous consent was given to the Assembly of the Business Company Operator - Terminals of the Federation d.o.o. Sarajevo for the dismissal of the acting member of the Supervisory Board of this business company, due to the completion of the tender procedure.

The Government of the Federation of BiH gave previous consent for the appointment of acting members of the Supervisory Board of the Public Company Railways of FBiH d.o.o. Sarajevo, for a period of up to three months, or until the completion of the tender procedure, consisting of Mia Glamuzina, Želimir Bukarić, Pavle Krstić, Melća Đidelija, Antonijo Zlomislić, and Benjamin Huremović.

Before that, previous consent was given for the dismissal of members of the Supervisory Board of JP Railways of FBiH d.o.o. Sarajevo, before the expiry of their mandate.

Previous consent was also given to the Supervisory Board of the Public Company Railways of FBiH d.o.o. Sarajevo for the adoption of the Decision on the appointment of acting members of the Management Board of this public company, for a period of up to six months, or until the completion of the tender procedure, namely Mirza Hadžibegić as acting General Director (President of the Management Board), Dejan Kvesić as acting Executive Director for Railway Infrastructure Affairs, Zlatko Jelić as acting Executive Director for Economic Affairs, Ena Duran - Živanović as acting Executive Director for Legal and Personnel Affairs, Adnan Kubat as acting Executive Director for Railway Operator Affairs, and Anel Topalović as acting Executive Director for Development and Investment Affairs.

Before that, previous consent was given to the Supervisory Board of JP Railways of FBiH d.o.o. Sarajevo for the adoption of the Decision on the dismissal of acting members of the Management Board of this public company, due to the expiry of the period for which they were appointed.

For participation in the work and decision-making at the upcoming assemblies of business companies, Zineta Mujaković (National Park Una d.o.o. Bihać), Amela Mikulić (Technical Repair Plant Hadžići d.d. Hadžići Sarajevo), Jadranko Puljić (Sarajevoputevi d.d. Sarajevo and Autoceste FBiH d.o.o. Mostar), and Ismet Demirović (Railways of FBiH d.o.o. Sarajevo) were authorized today.
