(Patria) - By order of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office, members of the FUP early this morning began the implementation of an operation codenamed "Omerta".
Searches are underway at multiple locations in the Sarajevo Canton area due to the criminal offense of unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotic drugs.
The arrest of several individuals on suspicion of drug trafficking is also expected.
The operation followed a multi-month investigation by the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office and the Federal Police Administration.
The Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office announced more information during the day.
