OPERATION ABSTERGO: Six suspects banned from activities related to driving tests

(Patria) - The Municipal Court in Sarajevo has issued a decision imposing restrictive measures on six suspects arrested in the Abstergo operation. The suspects are K.Z., A.M., E.Z., Z.H., M.B., and F.Z., and the following restrictive measures have been imposed:

- Prohibition of undertaking certain business activities or official duties, whereby suspect K.Z. is prohibited from performing the duties of Assistant Minister for Transport and Education in the Ministry of Education and Science of Sarajevo Canton, as well as all other duties in the aforementioned ministry, and the duties of the President of the Commission for the Procedure of Public Call for Appointment of Members of the Examination Commission for Driving Tests, as well as all duties related to driving tests for motor vehicles in all bodies within the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Suspects A.M., E.Z., Z.H., M.B., and F.Z. are prohibited from performing the duties of a member of the Examination Commission for Driving Tests of the Ministry of Education and Science of Sarajevo Canton, as well as all duties related to driving tests for motor vehicles in all bodies within the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

- Prohibition of meeting with certain persons, in a manner that suspects K.Z., A.M., E.Z., Z.H., M.B., and F.Z. are prohibited from meeting and contacting each other in any way, as well as meeting and contacting all other co-suspects in any way.
